Open a job, go to the AI Match tab and click Run AI Match. You get your strongest candidates who are not on the job yet, each with a summary and the reasoning. Add any of them to the pipeline in one click.
A deeper check on one candidate
Open a candidate in a job's pipeline and run AI Match there for a score out of 100, a short verdict, scores for experience, skills, industry and seniority, and fits and concerns backed by evidence from their CV.
Ask Crumble
Ask Crumble "who fits the Senior React role?" or "who has aviation experience?" and it searches by meaning, showing each candidate with the reason they came up.

Does it search my whole database?
Every candidate with an AI profile is considered. Crumblelead first finds the ten whose background is closest to the role, then an AI reviewer scores those ten and returns the strong fits. Candidates who are already on the job are skipped, so you only see new options.
Why does it say "Preparing job profile"?
A brand-new job needs a moment for its AI profile to be built in the background. Try again after a few seconds. The same applies to candidates you have just added.
How do I get better matches?
Give the job a proper description and requirements; AI Match needs a little detail to work with. For the deeper check on one candidate, filling in the recruiter briefing and uploading their CV makes the result much more specific.
Does it look at salary, notice period or right to work?
No. Matching focuses on the role, experience, skills and background. Check salary, notice period, location preferences and right to work yourself before you submit anyone.
Does AI decide who gets shortlisted?
No. AI Match suggests and explains; you decide. Nobody is added to a pipeline unless you click Add to Pipeline.
