Is Crumble included in my plan?
Yes. Crumble is part of the one Crumblelead plan, including the 14-day free trial. There is no add-on and no per-message charge.
Will it send emails or change things without asking?
Crumble is set up to show you every email as a draft you can edit, and it sends when you click Send Email. For bigger changes, like recording a placement or moving someone to a late stage, it asks you to confirm first.
Which inbox do its emails come from?
Emails Crumble sends go out through Crumblelead's email service, not from your connected Gmail or Outlook inbox. For conversations you want in your own inbox, ask Crumble for a draft and send it yourself.
What can it not do yet?
Crumble can't edit or delete existing candidates, jobs or clients, set reminders or tasks, or browse the web beyond reading a client's website when you add them. It adds one CV at a time and saves the core details from it: name, contact details, location, current role, skills and experience.
Can it see my whole team's calendar?
No. Crumble works with your own calendar: it can check your day for free slots between 8am and 6pm, and add, move or remove your events. Changes sync to Google or Outlook if you have connected a calendar with Write here turned on.
How is this different from connecting Claude or ChatGPT?
Crumble is built in with nothing to set up, and it can send emails after your review and manage your calendar. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT lets you work from the assistant you already use. Many teams use both.
