How it works

Tell us what you have
Send us your current ATS and a rough idea of volume (candidates, jobs, clients). We'll come back the same business day with a migration plan.

We pull the data
Where the source supports it, we use the official API. Where it doesn't, we work from an export. You stay in your old system the whole time.
- 03
Mapping and dry run
We map fields, owners, pipeline stages, and custom fields into Crumblelead. Then we load a dry run into a sandbox so you can sanity-check it.
- 04
Cutover
On a date you choose, we run the final import. Most teams cut over within a week. Larger agencies (100k+ candidates) usually take two.

If your current ATS isn't listed, talk to us anyway. We've handled custom databases, Excel spreadsheets, and a few systems we'd rather not name in public.
