Reports and revenue tracking
Reports show how your agency is doing at a glance: revenue confirmed, what is in the pipeline, how well each stage converts, and how the team is performing. Revenue is tracked from the placements you record, so your numbers stay tied to real deals.
Open your reports
- Click Reports in the sidebar.
- Admins and managers can switch between the Team report and their Personal report. Everyone else sees their own personal report.
What the team report shows
- Headline figures — revenue confirmed, forecast gap, weighted pipeline, uninvoiced revenue and fall-offs, plus average time to fill.
- Pipeline & concentration — a conversion funnel showing how candidates move through your stages, and your top clients by share of revenue.
- Team performance — a leaderboard of submissions, conversion rates, placements, revenue and average fee per consultant. Click a row to drill into that recruiter's active jobs and placements.
What the personal report shows
The personal report focuses on your own numbers: revenue placed and how it compares to the previous period, your weighted pipeline, active and stalled applications, your conversion rates against the team, and a Needs you this week list of things to chase.
Change the period and compare
Use the period options (7 days, 30 days, quarter to date, year to date, or a custom range) to change what you are looking at. Turn on Compare to see how the current period stacks up against the one before, or the same period last year.
How revenue is tracked
Revenue comes from placements. When a candidate is placed, you record the placement on the job, including the fee and whether it has been invoiced. Reports add up placement revenue across the period you are viewing. Recording placements is available to admins and managers. See Recording Placements and Tracking Revenue.
Export a report as PDF
Use Export PDF to download a report. Choose Full report (internal) for everything, Client-safe summary when you want to share revenue and funnel figures without client names, or Team performance report for the team breakdown without client data. Exports carry your agency logo from CV Branding.

FAQs
Where do the revenue numbers come from?
From the placements you record on jobs. There is no separate invoicing module; "invoiced" is a simple status on each placement.
Can I share a report with a client?
Yes. Use the Client-safe summary PDF, which leaves out client names.
Why can't a colleague see the team report?
The team report is limited to admins and managers. Other roles see their own personal report instead.
